About the Business
Founded by experienced public relations consultant Matthew Ridsdale, Cannon PR's motto is Substance with Style. We take great pride in getting to know the companies and organisations that we work with and place great emphasis on transparency, flexibility and delivery.
Matthew was one of the first PR practitioners in the region and just one of three professional public relations practitioners in South Yorkshire to achieve the Chartered Institute of Public Relations Accredited Practitioner standard.
He began his PR career working with an Edinburgh-based consultancy. After helping the agency to secure a number of prestigious awards and successfully delivering campaigns on behalf of a diverse client portfolio that encompassed cinemas and bingo halls to solicitors and semiconductors, he relocated to the East Midlands where he represented some of the UK's best known brands in the construction industry.
