About the Business
The founder, Melanie Hill, has vast experience of working in the communications arena. Melanie began her career as a reporter on a series of local newspapers, quickly progressing to the role of News Editor, leading a team of reporters. She then moved on to West Yorkshire Police where she managed the Bradford Press Office. As part of this role she led the media strategies for many major operations including the aftermath of the Bradford riots and the investigation into the murder of PC Sharon Beshenivsky.
She later moved on to a leading charity as PR and Campaigns Manager before taking up a position as North East Media and Marketing Manager for British Transport Police. Having experienced numerous media training sessions, Integrity PR spotted the need for something different and wanted to train companies in delivering their own key messages, setting their own agenda rather than training people to fulfil the needs of a reporter.
